President & Chief Executive Officer
Martin Hanna is an inspirational visionary with a deep commitment to mission responsible for leading a world-class team of software engineers, business development specialists, and customer service experts in his role as the President of Single Stop.
Prior to his current leadership position, Martin served as the Director of Systems and Technology for Fedcap. During his tenure at Fedcap, he oversaw in-house and third-party-developed systems, provided personnel and lifecycle management of IT applications and services, and created informed and deliberate objectives for complex technical projects. During this time, he also led the improvement, deployment, and delivery of the newest version of Single Stopʼs signature benefit identification and referral technology. Martin has a bachelorʼs degree in computer science and over a decade of experience delivering innovative technology solutions to the human services sector. His expertise provides Single Stop with a valuable resource to further its mission of providing coordinated access for low-income individuals to services provided by almost one million nonprofits. His understanding of Single Stopʼs value to customers and its potential to reach and help an even greater number of people will guide his strategic expansion goals and provide a road map for future enhancements to Single Stop technology.
Chief Operating Officer
Prior to joining Single Stop, Steven Williams spent over thirty years in enterprise software applications and services. From startups to top 100 software vendors including IBM, Steven has held leadership positions in all customer facing operations, managed operations, and led transformational growth strategies globally. Over the past decade, Steven has been responsible for Corporate Development and M&A with Verint and Reputation.
Steven brings almost a decade of experience in non-profit work as well as President of Generational Strategies, his family’s foundation that is focused on providing resources for educational achievement. He also serves on the board of Sea Mercy, delivering disaster relief and supporting healthcare services for island nations in the South Pacific.
In his role as COO Steven is focused on growth and maximizing the reach of Single Stop to low income individuals and families. He believes technology plays a critical role in providing a path out of poverty.
Steven earned an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Behavioral Science in Psychology from Hardin Simmons University.
Chief Technology Officer
Dave Horn brings nearly three decades of experience in software engineering expertise and management to Single Stop. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Eastern Washington University along with several industry certifications. Since joining Single Stop in 2020, Dave has served as Manager of Software Engineering where he managed the enhancement and production of the new generation of the Single Stop Technology and played an integral role as a part of the technology team in securing the Information Security Management System ISO 27001 certification.
In his role as CTO, Dave focuses on providing engineering and technology leadership at the enterprise level while championing strategy that supports technology, partnerships, and external relationships.
Dave believes in developing software that is mission-minded, user-friendly, and efficient. His commitment to delivering value through software is second only to his passion for transforming tech work culture by focusing on the development and retention of talent and for creating software that moves the needle.
