New York, NY- Single Stop today released its FY2023 Annual Impact Report, showcasing its leading cloud-based benefits screening platform and case management system, as well as accessible direct support services like tax filing assistance. These resources helped connect 97,000 individuals to eligible benefits and support valued at $536 million in FY2023.
“Our FY2023 achievements reaffirm our core belief in the necessity of straightforward, easily accessible support services,” said Martin Hanna, President and CEO of Single Stop. “Our efforts clearly demonstrate the transformative effect of linking individuals with the necessary resources to succeed. The opportunities ahead to revolutionize community service are vast, and Single Stop will continue to lead the way.”
Single Stop programs continue to break down barriers to resources for historically marginalized and underserved communities. In FY23, of the total population served, 58% were female, and 40% were Hispanic, highlighting the diversity of those who seek assistance through Single Stop programs.
Single Stop continues its rapid expansion to help transform more lives demonstrated by a 43% increase in benefits unlocked from FY22. That growth was make possible by significant program and technology enhancements including the geographical expansion to California, Illinois, and Tennessee and the addition of the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and the Post-9/11 GI Bill to the Single Stop benefits screener.
Single Stop’s success is made possible through partnerships with local community-based organizations, government agencies, educational institutions, and socially responsible private and public companies. And Single Stop’s partners see an incredible return-on-investment of 1:301 for every dollar an organization spends on licensing Single Stop’s technology.
They are continuously enhancing their partnership model to foster collaboration, share best practices, and tailor services to meet the unique needs of diverse communities. Engaging directly with communities allows Single Stop to receive valuable feedback, adapt their approaches, and co-create solutions that will have a lasting impact.

The organization’s strategic plan includes diversifying funding sources and exploring innovative partnerships to ensure long-term sustainability. This approach strengthened their foundation and enabled them to adapt and expand services to meet evolving community needs.
