You can receive free in-person assistance to enroll in Medicaid (including through the Medicaid Excess Income Program or the Medicaid Excess Resource Program) administered by the Human Resources Administration (HRA) in New York City through the Facilitated Enrollment for the Aged, Blind and Disabled Program. In addition to enrolling into Medicaid, eligible individuals can also get assistance paying for their Medicare premiums and deductibles through the Medicare Savings Program (MSP).
